Cowl lighting mounting solution

Hey guys, does anyone know where I can get this light

mounting solution that replaces the cowl bolt on the hood? Saw it in a video and they didn‘t have a description on what it is or where they got it.

I have the same one but removed it and mounted to the side so I could lower the windshield. I used a spare nylon spacer from a tv wall mount kit and a bolt from the local hardware store. I’m sure the same thing would work on the top If you have one laying around and would save some $$.
