How do you like those? They are next on my lighting upgrades.... I have a hydro blue JT as well, how close is the blue trim ring? I was planning on doing the red one but like the way yours looks. How did you run the backlight wiring? I was planning to wire that lead to the same aux switch that my rock lights are on.
I am liking them so far but not had much chance to use them yet. I think the blue trim ring is close to the hydro blue, this pic may give a better idea of how close.
For the wiring I am running a switchpros and have the backlight and main light on separate switches that are set up so that if you select the main light it will turn off the backlight if it is on and the other way round as well.
The KC switch is setup that way so I assume they don't want your running the backlight and main light at the same time, so if you plan to run the rock lights and main light at the same time then having the back light wired to the same switch as the rock light may not be a good idea.
could be worth checking with KC.

I am getting a set of the Flex Era 4 (Combo) lights. I assume the backlighting works the same. Check out this video:

I am definitely modifying the wiring harness to work like this so the back light stays on, but turns off when I hit the aux switch.

My son and I had a blast installing Mopar cowl lights and Vision X rear bumper lights!

After seeing this picture and others of the Mopar lights, I am certain they are 1010’s produced by Tyri, who you can now buy direct from. I won a set of these at a vendor show and the only differences I can see are the Jeep logos, there is even still a Tryi logo on the mopar ones. If you or others want these lights but want a different pattern they sell a combo pattern lens replacement.

Top beam pattern is the narrow symmetric pattern replacement lense, bottom is the hi-beam they come with.

Mojave hood and cowl are taller. So a lot of brackets require longer bolts and spacers too work. Mopar makes a Mojave/392 wrangler specific bracket but it’s so big I didn’t care for it. I used this one and it works great with factory hardware no spacers needed.

About mounting cowl lights on the Mohave, this is from an early motor trend article (see: https://www.motortrend.com/features/2020-jeep-gladiator-mopar-first-look/)

Just had a thought as I’m looking to add some single pod lights to my cowl corner area.
How noisy are they on the highway? Asking because I had roof bars on this weekend and it was a noticeable wind noise increase. Just curious if you notice the pods.

I have the Rough Country lights. They work fine.

You use the simple mount which uses the two bolts? This setup is what I’m looking for, clean and simple.
