Crack in top

I have a squeak in the right roll bar plastic. The first time I took the t top off I noticed a crack in the top near the bolt. About 1. 1/2 ” long. I took it to the dealer “ I ’ve never seen anything like that”. The took pics sent them to Chrysler reply was “ LOOKS LIKE OUTSIDE INTERFERENCE“. Like I did it. It does look like the alignment pin was dropped on it but it wasn’t me. The flip lever holding the top does put pressure on the crack. i wasn’t expecting a new top but was expecting more. I called the factory number they said take it to my dealer..round and round... any suggestions....wait and watch, pay the fiberglass shop if it gets worse????
