Looking for some cross bars i can mount diagonally onto my voodoo cross bars so i can have the two ski carriers closers. I moved the voodoo bars to accommodate the MAXTRAX brackets but that gap is now too wide for kids skis. Hope it makes sense lol.

Added a pic. Trying to close that gap with a set of bars that would run along the red line. Any ideas?

Home Depot has plenty of options:

* Superstrut - 2 sizes/gauges
* Steel tubing - square
* Steel angle in different sizes
* Steel pipe

And they have plenty of hardware and spray paint that you can use.

Here's mine: https://www.jeepgladiatorforum.com/forum/threads/jtr-le-build-up-with-no-letdown.25457/page-6
I used the lighter gauge Superstrut and I'm going to change it and go with the heavier gauge strut.

By the way, Lowe's has much better assortment of stainless steel hardware than Home Depot.

Duh now i feel stupid. Was only looking at roof rack bars from the usual suspects but you are correct i only need a couple tubes... the skis don't weigh much. Thanks so much for this.
