Custom Sub Boxes

i'm installing my box now. The box doesn't seem to line up right with the cutouts (indents) on the bottom to where it should sit on the brackets. it also seems like the sub will rub and hit against the back half of the seat. Have you had any issues with yours?

No issues but it did take a little to get it to line up properly. The key for me was to not push the box to the back of the cab but push it forward towards the front more.
