My Rubicon is black leather interior and the Red dash. I really like it, but I would trade for your Grey dash if I could. It would match the light grey lettering I changed out.

That's top-notch. Like that.There are probably other companies but you might be referring to Distinction Applied. My wife's JT is gator colored so she has it all gator themed. This is the color matched interior trim pieces we got from Distinction Applied. Top quality work for sure. It's kind of hard to tell with the shadows and lighting but the color match to the paint is spot on.
