Seems fine to me, I'll be putting a Smittybilt on when I get around to it. I will need spacers to correct the front suspension height, the plate is very heavy WITHOUT a winch on it! I don't think a winch plate made for the JK/10A frame will fit on the JL frame. Your mounting points will not match
