Dealer replaced radio due to screen malfunction. Now the jeep app will no longer lock /unlock from the app.

How long has it been?
It can take up to 24 hours for all of subscriptions to resync.

ahh that could be it, I’ll wait til afternoon and see. Had no idea the radio needed to re sync like that. Everything else is working fine.

Days later still not working
30 mins on phone with uconnect
Opened a ticket because the mopar site works, the app does not.
I’m still within the 1 year trial, all services connected and working. Locks and unlocks, startsand tracks from the mopar website directly.
The app thinks I have no subscription.
they had to create a trouble ticket “we will email you when it’s fixed”. Not holding my breath here lol.
I will update when they tell me what was wrong. Maybe save others the hassle.
