I came across the following information about disconnecting the 4G modem in the UConnect unit:

This guy figured out how to do it, but he basically threw away the entire Qualcomm chip. That also disables the navigation and maybe Sirius XM (still an unknown). I'm trying to find a detailed diagram of that chip layout to see which output(s) to block to get rid of that 4G connection that reports every single thing that goes on in your Jeep back to only God knows who! If anyone knows of a way to get a good detail for the outputs of that chip, please speak up. If there is an aftermarket company that can disable it, I'd gladly pay for it! Anybody have any info?
