Discount Tire TPMS Install

Can you let me know the correct sensor ? I have a post 6/5/2021 gladiator that I just had a TPMS sensor installed in my spare and mounted (from Discount Tire). The sensor is not working. So I am assuming they installed the wrong one.

Just chatted with allmoparparts.com and they told me they are now on backorder with no eta when they will get more. Just like everything else these days.
