The wall keeps stuff on the slider from falling into the other side which is nice. I’ve still got some refinements to make and some kind of finish for it.

Got my hose storage just about done. Just a few more pieces to print to hold the ends, final placement checks, marking and drilling the holes for rivet nuts and rivets and final mounting. I’m tired of messing with hose bags, so I 3d printed this solution for the void space in the Diamondback.

More updates:

Still working on the hose project. The PLA is sagging in the heat. I’m hoping 3M double sided tape will hold them up along in the middle along with increasing the thickness of all the parts. Still a work in progress. I may have to resort to stiffening rods made from aluminum.

In the meantime, I finally got around to shellacking the divider and battery holder, and adding a little divider on the outboard passenger side of the slide out to keep stuff from sliding off and create a little storage forward of the passenger wheel well. I usually stick solar panels and my folding toilet in that area. I’ll post some pics of that. I’m also working on a carrier trolley for the fridge power cable using t-track and some 3d printed parts. This will keep the cable up off the bed floor where it gets chewed up. The cutting board that fits over the sink now gets secured to the back of the slider through the piece of T-track I mounted there. It’s a lot easier to get to than stowed upside down over the fridge and secured to the Diamondback and I needed that space free for the hose storage.

Lastly I added a hose sprayer to the sink. Usually I only use the faucet for potable water from the NATO can and use the Waterport for washing dishes and general utility water. But the garden hose sprayer on that is too much for washing dishes and it leaks. This sink sprayer’s hose has a 1/4 NPT fitting adapter to 3/4 GHT, then I’ve added a quick disconnect to plug into the water port. The hose fits in the sink slide out when not hooked up. Nice cheap and quick sub hour job. It’s just a $10 Danco sprayer. The cheap black plastic looking ones are better than the chrome or faux brushed aluminum, nice looking ones.

I finally finished my inflation hose storage. I had to use some construction adhesive to keep the mounts from sagging from the heat. I added some additional features, a mount for my impact driver and some cable management hooks on the other side.

I completed a track for managing the fridge power cable as well.

Added an 80/20 frame to hold my WolfPack cook/food boxes and provide a rack for drying dishes. It comes apart and stores above the slide out and doesn’t interfere with it or the g I’m going to add an additional shelf on the fridge side out of another roll up dish rack. All the bracket clips for these roll up shelves are my design and 3d printed.

The 2 frames attach to the previously installed t-track on the slide out.

This is just a stainless steel roll up disk drying rack held in place with 3d printed clips that mount in the 1” 80/20 extrusions. I can place my WolfPack that carries food on this shelf, up off the ground.
