Does A.R.E CX topper work with a soft top Gladiator?

It seems clear this works for a Gladiator with a hard top, but I have a 2020 Gladiator with a soft top. Wondering if this will work and still allow the soft top to fold back and open properly. Any ideas?

I have been wondering this as well. I really like the A.R.E. Topper but need it to work with the soft top. I have searched high and low but have never ran across the answer.

I think the biggest issue would be removing the back window... I talked to someone from ARE several months back and he recommended getting the one that the rear cab window folded inward to the cab so you would have the most access to the ST rear window.

I guess the real question is the ST footprint larger than the hardtop? I have a slightly feeling it does.

I’m not overly concerned about getting the back window in and out. I would be getting the flip down window on the topper. My biggest concern is if the man bun would contact the topper when the soft top is flipped back. I have a feeling it will but am hoping someone can chime in that knows.
