A.R.E CX Bed Topper - Roof Rail Question

I have have the A.R.E CX camper shell that came with the roof rails installed (has a channel for t-nuts).

Question:

Where / what cross bars should i get? I camt seem to locate any that mount to that rail system easily.

Try measuring the slot with a dial caliper.

For example, my rhino rtc track holds a
m6 nut 20mm x 5 mm.

There has to be a cross bar setup that instals directly to the mounted rail… hopefully someone here knows of a good one.

Ok. I ordered a set thats 52”. I will report back on IF they work and will gove the details.

I think the Yakima system will fit. There three different pieces that I needed to mount the crossbars.

I have a thread on my CX Classic and when I had a Rhino Rack Platform put on it they used the following in the rails:

I put the Yakima round bars on my RSI top ,bars can be cut to shorter length if needed, installed two boat loader bars into the bars on the passenger side helps with loading heavy kayaks, plus I adjust them out about six inches when carrying two 34” wide kayaks. They are removable and are only on when needed as they have caps to cover the mounts when not in use. I have the original bars since a 2003 Silverado and have been on four trucks since. Have bike racks, surf rod holders. Pretty neat setup, bars that are on all the time are just air drag and some are noisey…..Jack

Ever thought of running an aluminum rack itself? I'm specifically running an uptop overland rack and it came with the hardware to fit in the tracks. Also just to make you aware they sell a rubber moulding to put up the space in the channels in between the "feet" of your crossbars to prevent intrusion of debris and water.
