Does the 7" radio have WIFI hotspot?

I cannot seem to find a concrete answer to this question anywhere and the Jeep site is clear as mud on it. I know there is a WIFI hotspot app on the 8.4" but does anyone know if you can also get the WIFI hotspot with the 7"?

Its misleading when you look at the digital "owner's manual" and it tell you how to set it up... especially when said manual is only supposed to cover your vehicles features (or so i was told!)

Dang, I really wanted the hot spot but didn't want to pay $2,000 for an extra 1.4" of screen (I know there's more to it than that).

A "DONGLE" is a device that plugs into a port usually a USB port. And no it will not work on a 7" screen.
