DRL's & Parking brake ?

Hello,

Found out today that that once I engaged the parking brake, my Fender DRL's drop out. Once I dis-engage the parking brake, the drl's come back on.

Has anybody else ran across this ?

FYI: I had led turn signal drl's installed to replace halogens
