I have a stock gladiator that is just high enough for kids to complain about getting in/out easy. I like the price point and look of the gorhino RB and Dominator series running boards and I don’t foresee lifting the jeep much or going over extremely rugged terrain other than mud and brush. Any advice on which one to put on the side to help the kids and protect door/gravel dings? They’re convinced I need the D1 step that drops down but I’m 6’3 and also don’t want something getting in my way when I step out. I’ve scoured this board for every picture I can find but looks can be deceiving. Thanks!

If you only want a step for the kids
I have a gently used Hide-a-Step.
Half price, $90 includes shipping.
The spring can be removed
to leave it hanging down all the time
until the children are big enough
to push it down.
It will work with or without rock sliders
for any door front, rear, right or left.
