I had in the initial post that it didn't include the bar - but I decided last night to include that as well. Unless I missed something, it has everything it came with originally (and then some, likely).
If I find anything I've missed, it would be small and I'd just mail it, but I checked several times and didn't find anything else and loading up, everything was there.

BTW - your driver said she's going home to get some sleep - LOL. Sounds like "you owe her" ;)
