I would get your truck on a lift and check the exhaust and underbody to figure out the problem.

Are you asking if exhaust making contact can make the Jeep vibrate (not possible)
or are you asking if it can make a rattle sound? (very possible)

I just figured if it made contract with a skid plate or crossmember you would feel it in the jeep
