hey thanks man

for some reason I assumed the website would be aligned with company policy.
Yea I get it. It’s a hassle. I messed around with it for a while but next time I’ll just call.

You can put a gladiator and they have options for a lift kit or stock height. Select rubicon trim level and 5ā€ lift, that’s what I did. If that doesn’t work change the model year. Their system isn’t perfect. If you want to skip all that then just do it old school and pick up your phone and dial their number, there’s an app called phone that can take care of that for you.

Yeah, just put int hat ou have e lift, as others mentioned. Prior to the lift being a listed option, I've used Ford Raptor to get it to work. Heck, those even come with he load C KO2s stock... so it lists them first in the options :)

Oddly, if you have stock Rubicon Gladiator selected (with no lift specified) you can order the Mickey Thomson 255/85r17. Which are 35" tires and in fact taller in real life than many other 315/70r17 and 35x12.5r17 tires.

So yeah... system isn't perfect. But you can work around it in many ways.

My apologies for the hoops the website created with trying to order the 35-inch tires for your JT @MALLCRAWLER, although I'm glad to hear you were ultimately able to get the order in. Thank you for your business!

Our website is undergoing upgrades to accommodate more plus size fitments, however fitments as of now are limited. For the general public, we need to be able to guarantee the average customer that anything they purchase from our website will fit their rig without any modifications. I understand this doesn't make the experience any less frustrating, however wanted to be transparent with where we are at.

As others mentioned, we're always happy to help facilitate a purchase here on the forum. If anyone ever needs assistance, we would love the opportunity to get you taken care of ?
