All is well, ran 37's on my Mojave and am now on a JLU with factory 4.56 and 35's, there is almost no difference. I'd bet that the majority of those that say they'll regear soon never will. A lot of money for very little return, especially for those that think they'll save on fuel. That's a...
Whhaaattttt?!?!? A small lift with not ruin your Jeep and your Jeep certainly won't last 40yrs unless you park it in a sealed climate controlled box lol. Since you want 35's go 2.5 inches, make sure your shocks don't exceed driveshaft angles, the stock brake lines are fine in this case. Get...
I have been using Falcon pass through stabilizers on my Gladiators and JLU's and notice a positive improvement in steering feel with 37's and 35's.
My 1st Gladiator was a 2020 Overland with 3.73's and it had 285/75r17's = 34x11.5 and I found it great as I had a tacoma before that on 33.5's. My...
This is starting to feel like Toyota days with colours and stickers..... Make a Gladiator with the XR package!!!!!!
I do like the blue trim on the dash, doors and console, but not the jeans dash piece and seats. Anyway I will let myself out because this won't be coming to Canada haha.
Those tires would be perfect on those stock Mojave wheels!!! I feel like 9 inches might be a bit wide for that tire. I wanted the 11.5's but nothing was available in my area when I was tire shopping.
I ran 37x12.5 on the stock wheels. 1.5 inch front spacer with matching shock extension and a...
No matter the colour a JLU will not drive amazing like your Mojave, I made the mistake of trading and am still sorting the ride/comfort factor!! Keep the Mojave!!!!!!!!
The requirement for a new front driveshaft is related to the front shock extended length. The exact numbers are somewhere, I think it is anything more than 28.5 inches extended.
When not disconnecting you won't fully extend travel like the photo above as the sway bar prevents that, but if...
Katzkin will work with you to make it the way you want it. They were willing for a small fee to make one Mojave seat and the rest JLU for me, that small fee was less than $200CDN so very reasonable for a custom request.
Since an upholstery shop did dog shit work on my Willy's seats I've just...
I looked around with no luck. The challenge with seat from a wreck are deployed airbags and seat structural integrity. Be great to find one that a tree feel on while parked with intact seats!
So I have bailed on this Mojave seat swap parts venture. I can't afford to have it not work properly. The Jeep is my only vehicle and having to travel to get this done is just too much risk.
Well my totals are in, just over $3000 from Katzkin and $1400 for parts (this is Canadian $$). Then a 600 mile round trip, hotel for a night, there's another $400. So at almost 5k and I am not %100 percent certain everything is going to work.
Holy crap, I was just quoted nearly $800 for that back panel then reduced to $500 at my local dealership.
So I called another dealership and used the VIN from my 2023 Mojave that I should have kept and the parts guy came back with...
Interesting about the frame, Benny had confirmed earlier in this thread that the frames are the same. Could you please share the part numbers you have?
Katzkin initially said they cut fronts in pairs, they've kindly agreed to make the odd couple for me for a very reasonable fee. Much cheaper...
Thank you again Benny! I really appreciate your availability and quick reply on this.
I will say the Mojave seat is from a 2023. I am happy to see I don't have to buy the upper cloth to get the back panel as this saves some cost and there is also the issue that my dealership could not get an...
