I have the factory 2023 plastic bumper sitting on the floor of my garage with some decent LED fog lights in them. Does anyone know of a pod, or housing, that is made that you could install those lights in and then mount them somewhere else?

Well, doesn't look like anyone knows of a product like this. I haven't seen one, but was hoping someone in here had.

I haven’t seen anything like this at all. Likely because of the prevalence of cheap led pods already out there. The R&D for design of this would outweigh sales.
It’s a good idea on paper, but the stock led lights don’t compete with the true standalone units on the market.

You realize that the beam shape and cutoff is for fog light - so they may not do a lot for you in other locations around the truck. They are made specifically to be fog lights. They won't broadcast far and wide and high.
The demand would be practically nothing.
You could easily make some brackets to mount them for lighting up the sides of trails at night - the beam shape might be good for that since you care mainly about the closer, lower areas, closest to the Jeep.

You guys are probably right. I guess I can hang on to them as spares in case I break one.

That’s what I did with my halogens when I got the diode dynamics replacements. I’m glad I hung onto them as I moved the DD’s to my bumper and reused my original halogen housings with led bulbs. Got more light out of the deal !

In my case, the dealer loves that I keep parts I've taken off to swap in other parts because i can put it right back to factory with the original parts. They don't like to take in trades that are very modified. Doesn't sell well around here.

The opposite is true in my area, but if I’ve got space, I’ll keep as much as possible

BTT -Same situation here. Just replaced stock plastic frt bumper w/Genright stubby. No provision in new bumper to reuse factory LEDS. Have been searching/Groking for an external houseing or bracketry to mount them with no luck. Just checking to see if anyone has found/figured a way. Such a waste. Wont be re-installing the original bumper as I used it as a trail-clearing shrubbuster. Only thing that survived were the lights and bumper mounting bolts, oh and the factory steel skid-plate. Suppose I could sell them for a few bucks to someone that wants to upgrade their Halogens? LOL or seriously. Brand new Mopar are over $300 I believe.
