So I just bought my Jeep love it but not such a fan of the black textured fenders.
Was thinking of just painting them but don't think that will look right. Will eventually change them out for some aftermarket fenders, I think. So many of the aftermarket ones don't have the lights but need to keep them.
But what are ya'll's thoughts on a temp fix that will look good and hold up for about a year or so?

You should keep them black if you plan on off roading or putting larger tires on it. The painted ones or if you paint those will look horrible pretty quickly

I like the looks of the painted fenders better. This is my third Jeep, and I know what happens to them when off road.
I already have a couple good limb scratches on them after just a few trips off road. I can feel them more than I can see them on the bare fenders. If they were painted, they would surely look like crap.
