Flasher Strobe Safety Light devices

Anyone using a plug and play or a hardwired device that gives you these flasher/strobe/safety features for the factory LED lighting? I found this one option:

Tazer will allow you to do something called a "Light show". It has several patterns to choose from that turn your lights into looking like an emergency vehicle.

I'm looking for more of a dedicated system for the lights that doesn't rely on tapping into the computer, like Tazer does.

Anyone else using a system that does the light flashing?
