Flashing dash warning lights shifter lights on and no start

The lower right isn't ABS, it's auto stop/start. The battery of course is obvious.
But this from an FCA diagnostic bulletin says "it's a charging system issue", so........

I was not able to get photos of all the errors, one of them was ABS (actually written out)

Ah, so you had other error "lights" as well......... ABS must have been really upset by the low voltage as well.
