Anyone in the VA/MD/WV area looking for a reliable/trustworthy dealership check out CMA dodge in martinsburg wv. Had a terrible time trying to get warranty work on my jeep gladiator done. Needed rocker arms and camshafts replaced on passenger side due to ticking noise. Dulles dodge in leesburg which is the worse dealership in the world gave me all this BS and wouldn’t service it and ignored my calls and emails when trying to get it serviced. They wanted to charge me even tho it’s under warranty. Safford dodge in Winchester wasn’t any better. Gave me this BS that they could hear the ticking but couldn’t work on it because of no check engine light, told me to keep driving it till it got worse. Took it to CMA dodge in martinsburg wv and they were able to diagnose the issue within 30 mins. They ordered the parts and had it fixed fast. I can’t express how great everyone over at CMA dodge was.
