Good Morning,
I would like to sell my wheels and tires that came with my Gladiator when I bought it used. The wheels are 18x9.5 with -18mm offset and in great condition with no scratches on scraps on them. The only blemishes are a few of the bolts matte black coating have worn off and I resprayed them matte black again. Tires have 60% legal tread depth remaining (13/32) and have been wearing normal and straight for 18k miles. The TPMS in them is the June 6/2021+ sensors. The lug nuts are the black Gorilla lug nuts with key. Asking $1800 but open to offers. Located in Central Florida.

I was able to sell my topper local and the same day had a guy about an hour away list the wheels I was after. It worked out well. I'm now trying to sell my factory wheels, but they aren't getting many looks.

I originally listed them for $2,000. Then lowered to $1800. I changed the original listing to hopefully help on confusion of the price, figuring people would only read the first post and not its updates

Fair enough. I am currently on beaching (a little), trailing (hopefully), and daily driving (though, not alot) on a set of 37x13.50R18LT Nitto Grapplers on Black Rhino Barstows, 18x9.5, -18mm Offset. The Nittos are OK but I need a bit more traction in the snow. AND I want to come down to a 17" rims and maybe 35s for that additional traction. Having said that AND that, your Nittos probably have more tread than mine. I am trying to justify throwing money at you as an end to a means. Bears careful consideration.

Sorry for the delayed response, I have been busy packing for the move to NC. What do you mean? Throwing money at me is always best! JK. On to the serious bit: unspring mass wise, you will probably be a little better but maybe not enough to notice a big difference. Traction wise, the 35 will make better use of your Jeep's available torque (which is on the low end in the Pennistar V6 already without a regear). In my professional engineering opinion, 35's are the max to run on a stock-ish setup (2" lift or less, 4:10 gear, V6) vehicle before the driving and handling characteristics go from a linear-ish progression (from stock 33's to 35's) to a much more substantial progressive incline (from 35's to 37's) and require a lot more attention to the details (like center of gravity, front and rear roll centers, unsprung weight, shock valve dampening, etc). Basically, I think your "cure cancer" solution needs a lighter wheel/tire combo and 35's. Mine might not the best solution for you but these are the "popular" size and choice among Jeep owners. I replaced them with a lighter 17" wheel that is 1" narrower, has less neg offset and a 35" tire that is 1" narrower with an "all-season" tread for the above listed reasons. Hope this helps even if I talked you out of buying my listed ones .
