Hello all. I'm afraid o need some "what to do" help. When I switch on my forward facing trail cam the screen is black with two yellow parallel lines and on the bottom it reads clean camera lens. Any suggestions?
I appreciate you guys.

Does the backup camera work? If so, check the connection at the camera behind the grill. If not, it is likely a video processor issue and will need dealer assistance to repair.

Back up camera works and connection to forward looks copsstetic. Would you happen to know what would make the video processor go kaput?
Bought her with only 13 miles on her bout 9 months sgo. I fid however take it to the dealer and they wanted to keep it ALL day. I said no thanks only because I had errands to run. Gonna have to bite the bullet I guess. Thank you and stay safe

It could just be a front camera or cable failure. With both front and rear cameras factory installed, the signals go through a video processor and is then sent to the head unit. If both were not working, I would suspect the video processor. With only one not working, it could be any of the components involved for the front camera view.
