Good condition but does have a few scratches. No fog lights or hardware but does include the smaller air dam/trim piece. Free to a good home

Kudos to @-miko- for the generous freebie!

Somewhat off topic - I see the red recovery hooks there and I always assumed those were mounted directly onto the frame. Are they instead mounted onto the bumper, which is then mounted on to the frame? I would think they'd be much more bullet proof mounted to the frame. Just curious.

So as I understand it, the tow hooks bolt directly to the frame ends, through the back of the bumper. Then essentially the rest of the bumper attaches around it.
