No worries.
They are in-channel. They're AVS. I actually ended up taking them out because the front ones just didn't quite fit the way that I wanted. I was getting a good bit of resistance rolling up the front windows, and actually cracked the front passenger one by just rolling up the window after being fitted for a couple of weeks. The company I bought them from promptly replaced it. It may have just been my specific windows, I'm not sure. The rears fit perfect though.
EDIT: Correction, they are EGR brand, not AVS. Sorry about that.
