That sucks to hear of the shitty quality control. I have never dealt with United Radio personally, but everybody on the YouTubes sings their praises.

Attached is the IPC self test procedure. It will do a needle sweep check in addition to other indicators.

Thank you for the document. I really appreciate it.
I got two screws at ace hardware and put everything back together. It seems to be working fine. I talked to the tech that worked on it this morning and he did apologize and offer to install the screws if I sent it back. I wanted my truck now for a trip, so I got screws that worked. I did loose a clip for the top dash panel and went to the jeep dealer to get some clips. They don't sell them, you have to buy the whole top dash piece for 531.00. That is bullshit. I used some electric tape on that plastic, so it would n't rattle. There are a lot of clips on this dahs piece. It seems fine and doesn't rattle. So all in all, about 235.00 to fix the cluster and 40 minutes of time. Not bad and a hell of a lot better than the dealer.
