Gauge cluster glass delamination?

Anyone else have a gauge cluster looking like this? The sun is finally shining in the northeast and I was parked just right to notice it. It’s either delamination or some sort of bloom occurring. Reminds me of EOTech holographic sights. 2025 Mojave for reference. It’s very much on the interior of the glass.

They use the cheapest plastic in captivity for the cluster, it scratches just thinking about cleaning it!!!
