Hey man. A second swing arm can certainly be added. The hole is plugged with the JCR supplied piece currently. You’d just need to order another swing out for the driver side. I’m selling because I’m looking to shed some weight, and I plan to eventually sell this Jeep in favor of a diesel JLUR down the road
