RSI quickly made contact and we have a resolution on the way. Hopefully four properly charged replacement struts will solve the sag. Thanks you, to the threefrom RSI that assisted me.Thanks for checking back in. Due to the increased demand for our caps, we do not have a definite timeline for when we will have enough stock to begin offering the new Dual Release Latches for retrofit purchase. As soon as both factories are stocked with enough inventory to support Manufacturing, we plan to offer them in sets of 2 and 6 for SmartCaps that have our original style latches.
