Gladiator Work Truck Build

I need the capability to carry a 18ft ladder but dont want to use a ladder rack that hooks up to the front bumper
i have seen a few builds that have a sort of ladder rack stile back where it can support a tent .. and it extends over the roof.

wanted to be able to store tools in the back
but then the deck system would take too much space.

wondering how you guys have your build rigged up for work.

I will be landscaping, beekeeping, doing tree work

I put on a RSI Smartcap with a roof rack. It works for what Ineed.
