I ordered a set of red Jeep decal overlays from a company called Reflective Concepts. When putting on the red decal overlays, I put a letter on crooked and it was totally my fault. It looked bad. I sent a message to the company, Reflective Concepts, (they sell on eBay) and explained my screw up and asked if I could buy a individual letter from them. They told me that it was not a problem and sent me out a replacement letter at no charge. Talk about excellent customer service, I was very much impressed. I know we have other vendors here that are probably very good to deal with as well, however I just wanted to give a shout out to Matt at Reflective Concepts because of their great customer service!!!

I will try and get some later today. I am a bit tied up this morning. Have to take my wife to an appointment pretty quick to the hair salon. And after 45 years on marriage, I know if I miss getting her to that appointment, I am in big trouble!!! :facepalm:

If o lymore vendors were that easy to deal with. I put a tonneau cover on my brothers truck, a weather tech hard cover. Out of box the strap that holds down the cover if you want to drive partially open was not sewn properly and the clip feel off. Called weather tech to simply get a new strap, 1 dollar replacement part t the most. Was told hve to get replacement part through the vendor I he ordered it from. I asked if since he knows we just ordered it, he verified the purchase on his computer, could we just take care of it right knows. Was told a flat out no, call your vendor. Very not impressed. After all it came out of box broken, if a company doesn't stand behind their products and help their customers why should I give you any more business.

Often times this is due to the way vendor contracts are set up. I wouldn't say they aren't standing behind their product, in fact I would say they're telling you exactly what to do in order to get it remedied. Since it's a new purchase through a vendor, the vendor is going to be the first point of contact. Did you contact the vendor as suggested?
