Grinding from front left

After I go left or right in reverse and pull forward and the wheels are straight I hear and feel a light grinding noise from the front left wheel. Kind of feels like the ABS is pulsing briefly. The sound is there cold after sitting and after being driven. I read the posts about the FAD but it appears the passenger side axle is only affected? Its a 2021 Sport S with Max Tow on stock tires with 964 miles. I have an appointment with the dealer tomorrow for a lugging 5 to 4 downshift and this grinding noise. Damn shame to have these issues with a brand new vehicle.

Dealer said the ABS pulse is from a self check...okay. Lugging downshift from 5 to 4 normal...okay. On the otherhand I have the right rear axle seal leak. Parts are on national backorder.
