Hands free Call Feature.

Is it me or do you have to have the radio turned on or the nav screen on in order to make a hands-free Bluetooth call?

I guess I'm spoiled from all my other vehicles but, when I test this Theory it's true.
I turn the radio off, push the speak to call Button, and no response.

But confirm that it works with radio on.
