Has anyone installed Rock Hard 4x4 Blue Ox tow bracket kit on Jeep winch capable steel bumper?

Seems like the "Easy Button"to pull the plastic cover off and secure the brackets without buying whole new bumper.

Nope. They are designed and rated to go on the FLAT front of a Rock Hard bumper.

Since you're talking about pulling off the plastic cover I have to assume you're talking about a MOPAR bumper and there is no FLAT area where the frame horns are, which is where the Rock Hard adapters go.

Will the Rock Hard adapters work on another aftermarket bumper? Probably so.

But they won't work on any MOPAR bumper.
