Help with 5 way rotation/ questions???

I just purchased a 2” AEV spacer lift and gonna run MT 255/85/17 Baja boss.
Want to do a 5 way rotation . Gonna have to purchase a spare to have a matching set.
Sourced a matching wheel on eBay.
Questions.
Im gonna have to purchase a tpms sensor for the new wheel
Does the spare already have a sensor ?
If I add a spare with a sensor will the tpms monitor be able to differentiate which wheel is on and which is in the spare tire carrier.?

The stock spare does not have a sensor

The sensors in the tires transmit to receivers mounted near each tire, so just start driving and it'll sort out which ones are turning, where they're located, and which one is not turning so must be the spare. Might take only a few minutes (it did on mine when I recently installed all new wheels, tires, and sensors) or might take a couple short trips
