Forgot to mention I have a 23 Willys.YES absolutely right. For anyone that has the same ones, forget the instructions. Follow the above explanation from Mr. Witt. I had to do one by one until I had the ambers constantly on and flashing white as turn signals. If you switch those, the turn signals wont go through the resistor and the car will throw a code.
They work perfect as explained above!
I have a 21 mojave also, hooke road fenders, two separate lights for wires coming off. I get the 2 wires for the turn signal. Did you cut the plug off and leave tails to splice into and replug in? The wires for the day runners i can see, but only 4 wires on new fenders and 5 coming out of plug. And does the resistor get attached to the red coming out of New fender and on the other side, white wire in the 2 going to the resistor on the other side? I can do everything else on my gladiator, just not a wire guy.Okay I have the same fenders and it took me awhile to figure it out so your original harness you need to cut the plug off and in the bunch of wires start separating and you will have a black and white as one bunch, cap off the blackon that stand hook the white to the orange of the resistor. The other bundle should be connect the blacks together adn the two white wires with straps are connected to the red wire coming from the new lights.
Hope this gets you there now mine is a 21 mojave not positive that you have the same wire harness but this should get you close.
