Does anyone have any experience taking their Gladiator here for service? They told me they just did an engine replacement on another gladiator so I was just curious to see if anyone has used them as I've never utilized them before.

They are my closest CDJR dealership and have taken all my FCA vehicles to them for service, warranty and recall work to include both my Gladiators. When you take it in for normal schedule service, they also check for current TSB/Recalls and will either apply them during the service if like software related or schedule you for return if parts have to be ordered. They installed new front fender liners on my 2020 Rubicon and flashed me for the SFTA without me asking that were active TSB's. .

Service was top notch and having not bought anything from them, they still treated me like I had bought from them. I do not think they advertise a shuttle service but the couple of times I had a drop off, they found a porter to take me home.

Avoid CARMAN in New Castle, they are Ghetto. I used Newark one time for a Jeep Wave service and they overfilled my oil.
