Do such things work with the DIY rail solutions?

I would imagine if the rails are the same size I think they would but I have oem rails and cannot guarantee that
Yeah - I know this is a genuine Mopar OEM rail thread, but I thought MAYBE someone has actually compared the OEM Jeep rails to what the DIYers are using and come up with measurements.
The unistrut comes in more than one size and I'm not sure anyone has posted the comparisons to the OEM/Jeep.

Yeah, I agree - IF the rails were the same size, anything goes.

BuiltRight rails are just under an inch gap, and the backing plate for the hooks are 31/32’s so they don’t feel as secure as I would like without modification. I added the fender washer which makes them about 1 -1/8” wide and they feel much more secure. Had to buzz off a sliver from each side to fit the backing plate slot and just a hair off the top so it slips into the rail while bolted together. The blue in the pictures is painters tape that was an inch wide - I put it centered on the washer and dremelled the exposed washer for a perfect fit.
