Wanting to add rear park assist to my 24 Willys. Found an aftermarket kit for like $500 but would like MOPAR parts if possible since it is a new vehicle. Anyone else fgone down this road yet or know of someone that could help? I looked through old posts but did not see anything with this in there. Sorry if I just missed it.

Hi Jake,
Its not really possible with all OE parts as Jeep does not offer an overlay harness that you see being offered aftermarket. You would need to swap out your chassis harness at the very least.

What all would I need in order to do so? I appreciate any help you can send my way. Odd that I have the adaptive cruise and front detection but not the rear.

I have the same in my 24 rubicon and need to take the time with my JScan app and other parts to add auto high beam. I feel it silly to not have the sensors on vehicles. I do not need them as much as my wife does, I’ve been searching trying to determine how to add.

They were two different things….
You would’ve needed the Active Safety Group to get the Blind Spot Monitoring, Park Sense, and cross path detection. All of which, utilize sensors in the taillights and sensors in the rear bumper.

Hi Jake,
I stand corrected the module is on the Body harness circuit not Chassis. You would need to swap out this entire harness

The Rear bumper harness which connects to the sensors is then on the Chassis Harness which will most likely need to be swapped as well

We of course want to sell parts but honestly an overlay harness just makes more sense for this mod.
