How to “DIY” Rear Park Assist Harness

Looking for info on How to make Rear Park Assist Harness that plugs into Can-C Bus Star port and 12v connector behind HVAC panel . I have a 2018 Wrangler Unlimited sport. I have sensors and OEM sensor harness, OEM Steel Rear Bumper and OEM Park Parking Assist Control Module with the 3 connectors. Third picture is harness I’m attempting to make. Thank you
