How do I hide license plate holes drilled into plastic bumper?

I have a JTW with a black plastic bumper. The original Minnesota dealer installed the mount for the front license plate. I live in Indiana and don’t have a front plate. Short of body shop work how do I hide license plate holes drilled into plastic bumper?

I used the Christmas tree plugs as mentioned above. I think it turned out just fine, at least until I decide to swap the bumper out
