How do you clean the Gladiator?

i love washing my truck in the summer. winter i go to the touch less drive threw
just to get the salt and crap off. not much of a mud guy. outside does not really bother me
but i hate a dirty inside.

If "recovering" from being off road, I will pressure wash it at home to get the undercarriage really well and then take it to a touchless car wash. If just normal washing, I take it somewhere to get it washed. Our well water is not very paint friendly so I will take it for a touchless wash and take microfiber towels with me to completely dry it off immediately after.

I wish there were car washes that just do an interior detail and nothing more. Everyone wants a "detail" to include wax/buff and other useless stuff. In summer, it's brutal to clean the inside since I have no shade available at home.

I have a guy that comes to my office every 2 weeks. He waxes every few months. I hand wash in between if it get to bad.

Most of the time I hand wash, until things start freezing up, I’ve done auto detailing for a while, about 50 years on my own stuff. I use the spray it yourself carwash during the colder months, I get quite a bit of satisfaction keeping my vehicles looking new , it’s nice when someone asks if that is a new vehicle, and I tell them it’s 4 years old and has 100k miles on it

I used to always do Tommy's express car wash. They are touchless and do a really good job, but now I'm scared with the JT. Someone posted on here about their gas door popping open and getting blown off in the car wash. Now I don't trust it.

Yes, it is just a spring mechanism, does not lock. If the water pressure is high enough, it can pop it open.

Yeah, this isn't a BMW, the door doesn't lock. I've had it open in a car wash, no damage though.

I have washed all my cars in my driveway, and can't ever remember going to a carwash. Most of the time, it's something I enjoy. As I was outside washing my Jeep today, I realized I never see any of my neighbors washing their car, and assumed they take it to a carwash. There is a whole aisle at Walmart dedicated to car care, so I can't be alone. But I wondered, how many others wash their own car?

Either self serve or high quality drive through. I'm saving the world by not wasting water and keeping the soap out of the drains. That's my excuse anyway. With white the car wash scratches blend nicely with the pinstripes. One can really not see either.
