How do you fix this…

Well. Managed to knock the rear view mirror off today. Then trying to put it back on knocked off the stem that holds the mirror. I start a long road trip tomorrow so need to fix it asap. ‘22 rubicon. Thanks for any help.

If you didn't break the tabs off set it in at 90° then twist back in place. That's how the mirror goes in or out. I did the mirror flip long time back and was worried that it would break when I did it. No breaking on mine.
Oops mine is a more base model Sport S so that might not be the case for your JT.

You should be able to orient the mirror so the reflective side is facing your drivers side, stick the mirror back into its house, then rotate the reflective side so it faces towards the rear again.

You can look at this video from CMM to replace the mirror, it should help you to visualize!!
