Humming noise while accelerating

My gladiator has a loud hum at speeds over 40mph. You hear it with light acceleration. I brought it in to get looked at and of course im told there is no noise. I had a jl and jt before and dont remember this. Anyone else have a simalr noise or get something fixed that sounds similar? Mines a 21 8spd overland with the limited slip diff.
