I need some Help Identifying a plug

So I pulled my grill to install some lights and I decided I want to relocate my horns and possibly swap them for something a little more substantial. The wiring harness has a weird extra plug that seems to be plugged into some kind of hanger or dead end bracket. Has anyone ever noticed this and figured out what it's for? If it's nothing I would like pull the whole harness and run just a single set of leads to a better location away from blocking the radiator.
