I use the J scan app on a 2021 Gladiator to turn on the hood security pin the front facing camera , proximity sensors for the doors , But now my Tack shows 6k at idle and 10 miles an hour at idle in park. Can someone try and help me fix this through the J scan app

App didn't do that and can't fix that sort of issue. What else did you do - did you get the wires back in place securely in the security gateway? (or maybe you still have the bypass cable in place?)
Since you ran a front facing camera - maybe you've gotten into some of the other wiring, or a connector issue?
JSCAN is for settings, not fixing things that don't read correctly.

The mph + 10 happened to me once, only read high on the analog read out not the digital read out. Went back to normal in a couple days, never happened again. I also have jscan, yeah I don't believe jscan has anything to do with it. It's happened to several others on here and reverted back to normal on it's own. Good luck.

JScan has an option called Engine Idle RPM - Petrol under Adaptation > Miscellaneous Settings.

Yes, I know - I've used it to maintain voltage when winching, etc. But it doesn't do 6K at idle and show 10 mph IN PARK.
You have to go to that setting in JSCAN and choose a speed and then say go. Then it applies.
So unless he CHOSE that, JSCAN didn't and can't. (and definitely not 6K idle speed)
I believe it's also only momentarily - meaning when you exit it reverts. I haven't tried that, though.

He's sitting at idle and in park showing 6K on the tach and 10 mph on the speedometer.
That's just plain an error in the truck.

It happened to me when doing a soft ECU restart after a change. It freaked me out until several switch cycles when it would slowly lower back to zero a little every cycle.

I put everything back as it was and the fixed it. I then did the trail cam, auto down passenger side window, the hood security,seat belt alarm. but can not get ride of the auto start/stop. And help with that would be helpful. Also thanks for the responses so far.

No software including jscan can turn off ESS. Just ain't possible.
